Workshops
Workshops should do more than just share information.
They should make someone think, ask questions, and look at something a little differently. They should help people solve problems and equip them to better understand and navigate some aspect of their life.
If you've attended workshops on things like stress management, resilience, procrastination, or communication before—and you probably have—many of the topics will sound familiar. The difference is that I don't just teach what to do. I explain what's happening psychologically and biologically, why these skills work, and how they fit into the bigger picture. That deeper understanding makes the skills easier to remember, easier to recognize when they're needed, and more likely to be used.
All of my workshops are designed to make psychology practical, engaging, and immediately useful. Through interactive activities, real-world examples, and evidence-based education, participants leave with skills they actually use.
The current offerings are largely geared towards college student success, but future workshops will be available to wider array of audiences.
